Personal information collected for the preparation and management of the 2024 Seoul Copyright Forum (event guidance) will not be used for any purpose other than the stated collection and use purpose.

Items collected: Nationality, Name, Affiliation, Position, Contact Information (phone number and email address), Access Logs, Cookies, Access IP information, etc.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
One month after the forum ends (until July 4, 2024), except as separately provided by other laws, in which case it shall be retained until the relevant period.
4. Consent to Third-Party Provision of Personal Information: I agree to provide the above collection and usage items to Easter Marketing Services Co., Ltd., the agency for the 2024 Seoul Copyright Forum (503, Asia Building, 6, Dongho-ro 20-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul), for collection/use purposes.
5. Consent to Event Information Guidance Hosted by the Korea Copyright Commission: I agree to receive event information guidance from the Korea Copyright Commission, including the above forum, via email.
